Founder
Atul is the founder of the firm and managing partner. He is a business focused solution-oriented finance professional with more than 11+ years of experience in the financial advisory, investments, accounting, auditing, and financial services. With strong analytical mind he holds rich experience across all facets of financial planning and investments.
Atul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He is the Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
MINAKSHI G
Senior Advisor - Compliance
Minakshi is a commerce graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Her expertise and experience spreads across various areas including all secretarial matters i.e. company incorporation, post incorporation services, assistance in conducting Board and shareholders Meetings, maintenance of registers, filings with ROC, Due Diligence and filing the clients income tax returns.

Amar come’s with 15 years of professional experience in the field of business process and setting up the start-ups across the different sectors including real estate, technology, event management, medical support services, agriculture, Agri and dairy business.
AKASH KUMAR
Insurance & Finance Advisor
Akash is having over 6 years of experience in Life Insurance products & stock markets. He has Passed various modules of NISM and the insurance advisor exam from IRDA.

Akash provides financial advice to clients on retirement planning, investing, and protecting against risks. He completes a financial needs analysis with clients, which includes assets and liabilities, tax status, existing insurance, and risk analysis.
